The Horry County Board of Education is in the final phase of its search for a new superintendent to lead Horry County Schools. The Board will announce the top three finalists at its December 9 meeting.
The public is invited to attend a meet and greet opportunity with the three candidates on the evening of December 10, at Ocean Bay Middle School.

We had many AES students to have a published poem in the 2024 Young American Poetry Digest.

Annabelle is a fifth grader at Aynor Elementary School and her card was selected out of more than 570 entries! As the winner, she will take home a $100 cash prize. Congratulations, Annabelle!
