Visitors and Volunteers

A government ID will be requested to sign in as a visitor and to proceed down the hallway.

All program visitors are to park in the bus loop and enter through bus entrance doors. Due to the morning bus drop off, please do not enter the bus loop until after 7:40 am.   

All visitors are required to be screened by the metal detectors, therefore please leave any unnecessary metal items and bags in your vehicles. 

Volunteers and chaperones must complete a Volunteer Application through our district website. Click here for the application.  Applications can take a minimum of 48 hours to be approved.

As always, please contact your student's teacher or the front office for more information regarding field trips and chaperoning at AES.

*Not all school events and field trips permit parent attendance.
